MP Export Policy Scheme 2025: Incentives, Assistance & Growth Opportunities

The Export promotion assistance will be provided to large industries engaged in the manufacturing and exporting more than its 25% to global destinations.

AFTE (Assistance for First Time Exporters)

One time assistance shall be provided for the first time exporters in the State for the following expenses – Reimbursement of costs of Registration-cum Membership Certification (RCMC) maximum upto ₹10 lakhs. Reimbursement of the costs of export insurance premiums upto ₹25 lakhs.

1. Export Multiple assistance

Assistance over and above the Basic Investment Promotion Assistance as per the Industrial Promotion Policy 2025. This assistance is intended to encourage the first-time exporting units and increase the value of exports of the existing units.

2. Export Freight Assistance

  • 50% reimbursement of transportation costs for exports (factory to port/airport).
  • Available for 5 years, up to ₹40 lakhs per unit/year, max ₹2 crores.

3. Export Infrastructure Assistance

  • 25% subsidy on export infrastructure investments, up to ₹1 crore.
  • For labs, R&D centers, and incubation facilities.

4. Export Turnover Assistance

  • 10% incentive on incremental Free Onboard Value (FOB), up to ₹2 crores over 5 years.
  • Starts from the second year of export.

5. Export Promotion Assistance

  • The Export promotion assistance will be provided to large industries engaged in the manufacturing and exporting more than its 25% to global destinations.

AFTE (Assistance for First Time Exporters)

One time assistance shall be provided for the first time exporters in the State for the following expenses – Reimbursement of costs of Registration-cum Membership Certification (RCMC) maximum upto ₹10 lakhs. Reimbursement of the costs of export insurance premiums upto ₹25 lakhs.

1. Export Multiple assistance

2. Export Marketing Assistance

75% reimbursement (max ₹5 lakh/year for 5 years) for participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets (once per unit/year).

3. Export Green Documentation Assistance

Up to 50% reimbursement (max ₹20 lakh/year for 5 years) for costs related to green certifications, energy efficiency, and international compliance (EU ETS, CBAM, etc.).

4.  Export Financial Assistance

Interest subsidy up to 5% on export credit (pre and post-shipment), capped at ₹50 lakhs over 5 years.

5. Export Growth Accelerator Assistance

  • Additional 5% incentive on annual incremental FOB value, up to ₹30 lakhs/year for 5 years.
  • Applicable to exports from the State for the following items:
    • Footwear and accessories
    • Gems and Jewellery
    • Toys and accessories
    • Optical, photographic, medical, and surgical instruments
    • Plastic and rubber
    • Furniture
    • EV transport equipment
    • ACC cell components
    • Electronics
    • Drones
    • White goods
    • Capital goods

Incentives for Developers of Dedicated Export Parks (DEP)

  • DEPs must cover at least 25 acres and have 70%+ export-oriented units.
  • Units should have exported 25%+ of their production in the last 3 years.
  • At least 20% of plots must be reserved for MSMEs.

DEP infrastructure should include:

  1. Common shared infrastructure
  2. Utilities and logistics facilities
  3. Transportation infrastructure
  4. Warehouses
  5. Common processing
  6. Sorting
  7. Packaging
  8. Labelling facilities
  9. Port and terminal facilities
  10. Customs clearances

Additional DEP Incentives (PPP Mode & Private Developers)

Fixed Capital Assistance for Infrastructure Development

50% of fixed capital investment or ₹20 Lakh per acre on fixed infrastructure (excluding land and infrastructure for dwelling units), whichever is less. Maximum up to ₹40 Crores.

The sanctioning of the subsidy shall be in 2 equal instalments of 50% each on a milestone basis.

Assistance for Common Processing Facilities

25% capital assistance for common processing, testing, quality and R&D facilities but not limited to sorting, packaging, labelling, marking up to ₹25 Crores.

4.

Green Industrialization Assistance

– Capital subsidy of 50% up to a maximum of ₹5 Crores for setting up of waste management systems (such as Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, pollution control devices, etc.).
– Capital subsidy of 50% up to a maximum of ₹10 Crores for setting up of Zero Liquid Discharge.
