Incentives
Hotel:

Theme Park/Amusement Park:
- Capital subsidy of 15% on eligible capital investment.
- For setting up a world-class theme park/amusement park with investments ranging from ₹50 Cr to ₹500 Cr.
- For investments exceeding ₹500 Cr, a 15% subsidy is provided, and land can be leased by the state government if required.
Convention Center (with related facilities):
- For projects with at least one hall with a seating capacity of 2,500 persons or more.
