Incentives

  • Hotel:

    • Capital subsidy of 20% on eligible capital investment.
    • Applicable for projects at High Priority Tourism Centers in Gujarat.
    • Minimum capital investment required: ₹1 Cr.
  • Theme Park/Amusement Park:

    • Capital subsidy of 15% on eligible capital investment.
    • For setting up a world-class theme park/amusement park with investments ranging from ₹50 Cr to ₹500 Cr.
    • For investments exceeding ₹500 Cr, a 15% subsidy is provided, and land can be leased by the state government if required.
  • Convention Center (with related facilities):

    • For projects with at least one hall with a seating capacity of 2,500 persons or more.
    • Capital subsidy of 15% on eligible capital investment.
    • Land can be leased by the state government if required.
  • NABH Accredited Wellness Resort:

    • Capital subsidy of 15% on eligible capital investment for setting up the project.
  • Tourism Hospitality and Training Institute:

    • Capital subsidy of 15% on eligible capital investment for setting up the project.
