The Ministry invites proposals from eligible entrepreneurs in the General category for establishing food processing units outside Mega Food Parks and Agro Processing Clusters. This initiative is part of the Creation/Expansion of Food Processing & Preservation Capacities (CEFPPC) scheme under the “PRADHAN MANTRI KISAN SAMPADA YOJANA.” The scheme guidelines, dated January 22, 2025
Applications submitted under the existing Expression of Interest (EoI) by SC/ST entrepreneurs or those from the North Eastern region will be assessed based on the General category criteria outlined in the scheme guidelines.
Deadline for Application Submission: The last date to submit applications is March 28, 2025, by 17:00 hrs.
Demand Draft Requirement: Applicants must submit a non-refundable fee via Demand Draft as per the scheme guidelines, payable to “Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, New Delhi.” A scanned copy of the Demand Draft must be uploaded with the application.
Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 6, 2025, at 11:00 hrs in Room No. 120, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Panchsheel Bhawan, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi.
Online Application Submission Window: The online application portal will be open from January 28, 2025, until 17:00 hrs on March 28, 2025.
