CA Anand Daga is a founder promoter of the company, bringing with him over two decades of distinguished experience in various fields. His expertise includes project financing, government subsidies, approval of EOU (Export Oriented Unit), income tax matters, private equity, public offerings, preparation of business plans, and advising on valuations. He has also drafted and vetted numerous agreements such as shareholders agreements, share subscription agreements, collaboration agreements, term sheets, and more.
He is a fellow member of the Institution of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master of Commerce degree. He is also a regular speaker at various programs, showcasing his deep knowledge and insights in his areas of expertise.
CS Rachna Daga is a founder promoter of the company, bringing with her extensive expertise and over 25+ years of experience in corporate legal, secretarial, corporate structuring, foreign collaborations, and joint venture services. She has led compliance audits, secretarial audits of listed companies, and due diligence assignments for acquisitions and mergers. Additionally, she manages matters related to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), including the winding up of companies.
She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. Her vast experience and deep understanding of corporate laws and governance make her a valuable asset to the company.
